What post-training support do you provide when the course is over?

The live training session is just the beginning of the learning journey. I believe that true professional growth happens when the learning is reinforced over time. To ensure that, I provide comprehensive post-training support to help participants apply what they’ve learned. This includes access to all handouts and supplementary materials used in the session. For companies looking for a more robust, long-term solution, I offer my CPD Training Hub as a way to provide ongoing support and continuous learning.

My CPD Training Hub has been created as an effective, long-term solution for providing support and consistent learning.

How do you ensure the learning sticks after the training session is over?

Making sure the learning sticks is a shared responsibility. My live training sessions are highly interactive and practical, so participants can start using the skills right away.

To reinforce that learning, I can help you implement a simple but effective strategy:

  • Follow-Up Resources: All participants receive materials to review and refer back to.

  • Ongoing Access: The CPD Training Hub provides a continuous learning ecosystem with new courses and resources added monthly, ensuring that the initial learning is continually reinforced.

Ultimately, by providing the right resources and a clear path for continued development, we can ensure that the investment in training leads to lasting behavioural change.

How do you help employees with mental resilience and stress management?

My training on mental resilience and stress management goes beyond a simple list of tips. It's rooted in a deep understanding of psychology and the way the mind works. I teach evidence-based techniques to help employees identify sources of stress and develop healthy coping mechanisms. The goal is to not only manage stress but to proactively build a strong, resilient mindset that can handle life's challenges.

The learning doesn’t end with the session. Within the CPD Training Hub, I provide a monthly Wellbeing Group. This is a one-hour check-in that focuses on helping employees to reduce their stress and anxiety, while looking to the month ahead. It's a great way to reinforce the learning and provide ongoing support.

Do you offer individual coaching in addition to group training?

Yes. While my live group training is highly effective for building a strong foundation, I understand that some employees might benefit from more personalised attention. I offer individual coaching sessions as a way to help people work through specific challenges, set personal goals, and get one-on-one support. It's a great way to deepen the learning and ensure maximum impact for your employees.

If you're interested in individual coaching for certain members of staff, please make sure to let me know on our initial consultation.
