We offer both. You have the option to select a course from our existing catalogue, or we can design custom corporate training programmes tailored to your team's unique needs. We understand that every company has its own culture and specific challenges. While our ready-made courses are highly effective, a custom programme ensures that every minute of the training is directly relevant to your business.
Do you have specialised training for managers vs. front-line employees?
Yes. I recognise that a team leader's needs are very different from those of a front-line employee. The questions they ask, the problems they face, and the skills they need to master are unique to their roles. I can create specialised content for each group to ensure the training is as impactful as possible.
