Corporate training pricing - How much does your live virtual training cost?

We've made a conscious decision to move away from complex, confusing pricing models. Our live virtual corporate training is priced on a simple, flat per-session rate.

This means that we don't charge per person for group training. Whether you have 10 people or 20, the price for a single session remains the same. This approach makes it easy for you to budget and allows you to offer training to your whole team without worrying about escalating costs. The only time this changes is for Ofqual-regulated courses: this is due to increased costs (certification, handbooks, resources etc) and assessment time required for each extra delegate. When this is the case, I'll make this clear on our initial consultation, prior to any decisions being made on your part.

How do your pricing models work (per-person, per-session, corporate license)?

As mentioned above, we focus on a straightforward per-session pricing model for all of our live virtual training. This includes everything you need, dependent on the training booked: a pre-training consultation to customise the content, the live session itself, and any post-training materials.

This model is ideal for companies looking to train a specific team or department on a particular topic. For organisations with ongoing training needs, we offer an annual corporate license for our CPD Training Hub. This provides a cost-effective way to give all your employees access to continuous learning throughout the year.

How do you measure the ROI of your training programmes?

Measuring the Return on Investment (ROI) is crucial for any training programme, and we help you do it by focusing on tangible outcomes. While we can't be in your office to track every change, we can provide you with the tools to see a clear impact.

We can help you by focusing on three key areas:

  1. Immediate Feedback: We can collect detailed participant feedback on their experience and key takeaways immediately after the session.

  2. Skill Application: We can provide follow-up surveys for managers and participants to assess how and if the skills are being applied in the workplace.

  3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): We can work with you to connect the training to your business goals. For example, if the goal is to improve time management, we can help you track relevant KPIs like project completion rates or task efficiency.

If you'd like us to implement any of the measures discussed above, please make sure to mention this during our free initial consultation.

How do you help us get buy-in from our leadership team for this investment?

Getting leadership buy-in is often the biggest hurdle. We can help by providing you with a clear and compelling business case. When we have our initial consultation, we'll help you identify the specific pain points and business goals that the training will address.

We'll provide you with a detailed proposal that outlines the measurable benefits of the training, references relevant case studies, and clearly explains how the investment will lead to positive outcomes for the company, such as increased efficiency, improved employee retention, or a stronger leadership pipeline.

Do you offer a pilot programme or a free consultation to see if we're a good fit?

We don't offer a formal pilot programme, but we do provide a completely free, no-obligation consultation. This call is a chance for us to get to know your business, understand your challenges, and for you to ask me any questions you have. We'll use this time to explore how our training can provide a genuine solution for you, ensuring you're confident we're the right fit before you commit to anything.

How does your training help with employee retention and engagement?

Employee retention and engagement are a direct result of feeling valued and invested in. Our training helps by:

  • Demonstrating Investment: When a company invests in its employees' development, it sends a powerful message that they are valued and have a future with the company.

  • Reducing Burnout: We have many courses that delve into important mental health topics, such as Burnout. This training can help to identify signs of burnout, and provide healthy coping mechanisms to prevent it in individuals or their colleagues.

  • Building Skills and Confidence: Our courses are designed to help people overcome mental hurdles and gain practical skills they can use every day. When employees feel more competent and confident in their roles, their engagement naturally increases.

  • Fostering a Growth Mindset: We focus on teaching skills that empower employees to solve their own problems, take on new challenges, and contribute more effectively to the team. This kind of professional growth is a major driver of long-term employee loyalty.

Do you offer different pricing tiers?

While we use a flat per-session rate for our live training to keep things simple, the most cost-effective option for ongoing professional development is our CPD Training Hub.

The Hub is a subscription-based model that gives your team continuous access to new live courses and our growing on-demand library. This allows you to provide a high-quality, continuous learning solution to your entire organisation at a predictable monthly cost. Click Here to Learn more about our CPD Training Hub.
