What is your CPD Training Hub, and how does it work?

Our Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Training Hub is a subscription-based learning platform designed to provide regular, flexible, and engaging training for your team. It's more than just a library of courses—it's a complete ecosystem for continuous growth.

Members get access to a full library of over 20 on-demand courses (and growing!) covering topics like Mental Resilience, Time Management, and Team Building. The Hub also offers a monthly live course and a monthly live Wellbeing Group to foster interactive learning and peer support. Your team even has the option to request new courses, ensuring the content is always relevant to their needs.

Yes, that's exactly what the CPD Training Hub is for. It's our primary solution for ongoing CPD training for employees. Instead of a one-off course, the Hub gives your employees a structured way to consistently learn and develop new skills throughout the year. Do you provide support after the training session is over?

Yes. While our live training sessions are highly effective on their own, we know that ongoing support is key to long-term success. The CPD Training Hub serves as the perfect post-training solution. Are your courses CPD-accredited, and if so, how does that work?

Whitaker Training is an accredited provider with The CPD Group. This means that my overall training processes, as a company, meet the high standards required for accreditation. When you see our accredited provider status, you can be confident in the quality of our content and delivery.

It's important to note that while some of my courses, such as those that are Ofqual-regulated, come with their own certificates, the individual courses within the CPD Hub are not CPD-accredited. This allows me the flexibility to quickly add new, relevant content to the Hub without the time constraints of an accreditation process, ensuring your team always has access to the most up-to-date and useful training. You can rest assured though, that all information will have been thoroughly researched and quality-checked by me before it appears on the Hub.
