Do you work with a team of trainers?
No, I do not. I am the sole trainer and work alone. This is a deliberate choice I have made to ensure the highest quality and consistency in every training session. By handling every aspect of the training myself, I can guarantee that the content is up-to-date, the delivery is engaging, and the experience is perfectly tailored to your company's needs.
How do you protect our company's confidential information during training?
Protecting your company’s confidential information is a top priority for me. I follow strict professional and ethical standards to ensure your data and discussions are secure. All consultations and live training sessions are conducted on secure, private platforms. I never share any client-specific information without explicit written consent, and I can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to provide you with a full guarantee of confidentiality.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. I understand that sometimes schedules change. To be as transparent as possible, here is our cancellation policy for both pre-set and bespoke training:
For Training from our brochure (Standard Courses)
Our pre-set courses are designed to be simple to book and attend. We require full payment upfront to secure your spot. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
30 days or more in advance: 100% refund.
14-29 days in advance: 50% refund.
Less than 14 days in advance: No refund will be issued.
For Bespoke Training
For all custom training programmes, full payment is required upfront to secure your dates and begin the bespoke design process. This upfront payment includes a non-refundable portion that covers the work to be done on your training.
A 50% non-refundable design fee is included in the full payment. This fee compensates me for the time and expertise invested in the initial research, design, and customisation of your training programme.
30 days or more in advance: 50% refund.
14-29 days in advance: 25% refund.
Less than 14 days in advance: No refund will be issued.
This policy is fair for us both, and ensures that my time and expertise are valued from the moment I begin creating a tailored programme for you.

Who will be delivering the training?
I am the sole designer and facilitator of every single training session. When you work with Whitaker Training, you're not passed through layers of account managers or junior trainers. You get direct access to me—the founder and expert—from the very first consultation to the final delivery of the training. This ensures a consistent, high-quality, and deeply personalised experience for your team.
Do you have experience working with businesses of our size?
Yes. I have a wide range of experience working with businesses of all sizes, from small start-ups to large, established corporations. Each client has unique needs, and I'm skilled at scaling my training to fit your specific requirements. I'm comfortable working with a variety of team sizes, and the core principles of my training are universally applicable regardless of the size of your organisation.
